Check-In

1. Check-in is after 3:00 pm.

2. Please check room closets and drawers, for amenities.

3. Please keep in mind guests are responsible for any damages they cause during their stay and any items taken from the property.

4. Any additional guests aside from the number you originally booked for will result in an extra fee of $50 per person.

5. Access to PlayStation 5 requires a password. Please message us for the code.

6. Living room television has access to international channels and some paid for events. Use apps IPTV Smarters Player & IBO TV Player.

7. You will find Board Games, Corn Toss & a Domino Table in the game and outside.

8. Manuals for Household Items such as Coffee Maker, Air Fryer, Etc. May be found in a black folder under the living room television (inside the cabinet).

Check-Out

1. When you leave, please ensure doors are properly locked.

2. IMPORTANT - The checkout time is at 11:00 AM,  late checkouts need to be requested and approved prior to arrival, as doors lock automatically at scheduled checkout time. 

3. Check under the bed, in drawers, and in bathrooms for any belongings you might have left behind.

4. Turn off all the lights and the A/C.

5. Please log out of your Netflix or HBO Accounts.

6. Make sure all the windows are shut.

7. Please make sure all dishes are washed.

8. Please take the trash out to the bins located on the side of the property.

9. Please dispose of food in the refrigerator.

House Rules

• No smoking, Vaping, Hookah, Marijuana, or illegal substances in or on the premises.
• No loud music or noise after 10:00 pm.
• No open flames or candles.
• No eating or drinking on beds.
• Please ensure the stove is turned off after every use.
• Please be respectful of the property and neighbors at all times
• No Parking in the neighbor's home.
• Pool Table and Dart Game is for 18+ Only.
• The pool is for swimming at your own risk. Additional Pool rules are found outside, next to the pool (Please read).
• Please do not move or rearrange the furniture.
• Please report any damages immediately.
• No pets allowed.
• When leaving the property please turn off all A/C and Lock Doors.
• Late Check-Out is upon request and availability ONLY.
  
  

  Safety & Security

• Please ensure all doors and windows are locked before bed.
• Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property including the pool and lounge areas.
• No jumping into the pool or pushing of any kind is permitted.
• First-Aid Kit located under the sink in hallway bathroom.
• The Fire Extinguisher is located by the entrance door.
• The generator is located in the exterior of the property.
• During a storm Bar-B-Q, hair dryers, and washing machines SHOULD NOT be used.
• For safety purposes please stay away from the outdoor generator.
• No climbing on outdoor surfaces,
• Outdoor Safety Float Ring by exterior gym.
• Must Clean BAR-B-Q after ANY use.
